Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

• How to Return: Contact us at info@papagaiostudio.com to initiate a return. If accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. Print-on-demand and custom/personalized products are also non-returnable (see EU exemption below).

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For EU customers, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, this right does not apply to print-on-demand products and custom-made or personalized items, which are exempt under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as these goods are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

The 14-day cooling-off period remains fully available for any standard (non-print-on-demand, non-personalized) products in our catalog. To exercise this right for eligible items, the product must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above (original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging).
