Processing Time (PT): Creating art is a journey. Please allow five business days for order processing. During this time, we verify, tailor, perform quality checks, and prepare your treasure for its vibrant adventure.

Shipping Time (ST): Once the creative process is complete, your order embarks on its journey from our warehouse to your destination. International delivery typically takes about 10-21 business days. For US orders, we use e-packet by the US Postal Service, usually taking 15–25 days to arrive after processing.

Total Time (PT + ST): PT (5 days) + ST (15-25 days) = 20 to 30 days
